Hi, l'm Natsumi. Nice to meet you. I'm a member of make-up&costume. I heard about MP just a year ago and from that time, l have been interested in MP. So, l'm glad that now l'm a member of MP:)
初めまして、なつみです。メイクアップ＆コスチュームのメンバーです。私がMPのことを知ったのはちょうど一年前の今頃でした。それからずーっと興味があって、だから今こうしてMPの一員でいられることがとっても嬉しいです。
l learn many things from MP every day. We mainly designed costumes at RH. Every members have different ideas and images, so it is fun! However, l sometimes face some problems. It is difficult for me to tell members my design in my own words in English. One of the reason that I joined MP was to improve my English skill. l had many English class in my university, but I didn't have confidence and sometimes gave up saying what I wanted to say. I was so frustrated. So, now I face a similar problem but I don't give up! l think l speak English more than before thanks to members who try to catch what I mean!
毎日のリハーサルで本当にいろんなことを学んでいます。私たちメイコスは今まで主に衣装のデザインをしてきました。メンバーそれぞれが違った考えを持っていて、すごく面白い！でも同時に難しいと感じることもたくさんあります。例えば自分で思っているデザインを言葉で(しかも英語で)伝えるのって、思っていたよりも難しい。話は変わるけど、私は学校の授業で英語を話す機会がたくさんありました。でも自分の英語に自信がなくて、言いたいことがあっても結局諦めてしまうことが何度もありました。それが悔しくて、もっと話せるようになりたいと思ったのがMPに参加した理由の一つです。だから今同じような問題に直面しているわけだけど、今は最初から諦めたりはしていません！前よりも何倍も話せているからちょっとは成長できているかな？たぶん笑。それもこれもこんな私の英語を理解しようと聞いてくれるみんなのおかげです！
Today, we discussed costumes with our directer, Sheila! We don't have enough time to talk with her, so it is very precious. We showed our designs to her and she gave a lot of advice. After that, we brashed up designs and finally, we decided most characters' costumes! yeah!
そしてそして、今日、私たちはディレクターのシーラと衣装についてお話する事ができました!!私たちがシーラと話せる時間は限られているので、とても貴重です。今日は今まで私たちが考えてきたデザインを見せて、たくさんアドバイスをもらいました。そのあと全員でデザインを直し合って、ついに、ほとんどのキャラクターの衣装が決まりました!!いぇい！
By the way, For make-up&costume, today is last RH with other sections:( We will separate from next RH. It is so sad, but we will start sewing at last! Please look forward to :)
ところで、実はメイコスにとって、他のセクションと一緒のリハーサルは今日が最後だったんです。私たちは次から別の場所で作業をします。寂しいけど、いよいよ今まで練ってきたデザインを実際に形にしていきます!ぜひ楽しみにしていてください(^^)

英語で自分の考えを伝えるってすごく大変。でもナツミが頑張れば頑張るほどみんなもしっかり聞いてくれると思いますよ。
あきらめずに頑張っているのを聞くと私も嬉しいです。
リハ場が変わるのは寂しいだろうけど、新たな楽しみが待っていますよ＾＾
